Payment
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount for the desired period of stay to the giro account of the owner of the facility, and the rest of the amount (70% of the total amount) can be paid either to the giro account of the owner no later than the date preceding the day of arrival of the guest at the facility or pay in cash upon arrival at the facility.
Upon payment of the advance, the owner of the facility issues and forwards by e-mail the Confirmation of reservation and payment to the guest for the desired period of stay with the exact number of persons / guests who will stay in the facility.
There is a possibility for the owner to request payment of a deposit in the amount of 200 € as a guarantee for possible damage that guests can do in the house. In this case, the guest pays a deposit on the day of arrival to the booked accommodation. The deposit is fully returned to the guest on the day of departure, if he leaves the object in the condition he found on the day of arrival or if there is no damage.
Cancellation policy:
For no-show (without prior cancellation) in the booked period, the owner of the facility retains the paid amount of the advance – 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
For cancellations 15 or more days before the agreed holiday, guests have the right to use the advance payment for another available period of their choice in accordance with the available dates in the accommodation facility.
If there is a "force majeure" or some major breakdown or conditions in the accommodation facility that are not satisfactory for the stay of guests, the owner of the facility can cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative available period with an appropriate discount of 10% on the entire originally agreed amount of the reservation.
