Payment

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount for the desired period of stay to the giro account of the owner of the facility, and the rest of the amount (70% of the total amount) can be paid either to the giro account of the owner no later than the date preceding the day of arrival of the guest at the facility or pay in cash upon arrival at the facility.

Upon payment of the advance, the owner of the facility issues and forwards by e-mail the Confirmation of reservation and pays to the guest for the desired period of stay with the exact number of persons / guests who will stay in the facility.

There is a possibility for the owner to request payment of a deposit in the amount of 200 € as a guarantee for possible damage that guests can do in the house. In this case, the guest pays a deposit on the day of arrival to the booked accommodation. The deposit is fully returned to the guest on the day of departure, if he leaves the object in the condition he found on the day of arrival or if there is no damage.

Cancellation policy

For no-show (without prior cancellation) in the booked period, the owner of the facility retains the paid amount of the advance – 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

For cancellation of the reservation 30 or more days before the agreed period of vacation, guests have the right to use the advance for some other available period of their choice in accordance with the available dates in the accommodation facility.

If there is a "force majeure" or some major breakdown or conditions in the accommodation facility that are not satisfactory for the stay of guests, the owner of the facility can cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative available period with an appropriate discount of 10% on the entire originally agreed amount of the reservation.

We have equipped our Villa with apartments with the aim of meeting all the needs of today's modern guest. We hope that we have been able to live up to your expectations.

You are on private property and we hope you will treat it like your own.

With the beginning of using the accommodation, it is implied that you are familiar with the house rules and that you agree to the obligations and conditions stated herein:

1. Be careful with the amenities of the interior and exterior.

2nd Respect the ban on smoking inside the facility and the ban on bringing pets.

3rd The number of guests listed in the Booking Confirmation must not be exceeded if the owner is not aware of it.

4. Do not leave garbage in the facility, but sort it out and dispose of it in waste bins prepared for it that are outside the facility. Please do not throw sanitary napkins, cotton buds, cigarettes and the like into the toilet bowls.

5th Guests are obliged to rationally use electricity and not to leave electricity and other consumers switched on during their stay outside the facility, especially air conditioning.

6.The guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace may be cancelled. If the host cancels the accommodation due to violation of house rules, he does not refund the amount paid to him, regardless of the shortened stay.

2. Respect the ban on smoking inside the facility and the ban on bringing pets.

3. The number of guests listed in the Booking Confirmation must not be exceeded if the owner is not aware of it.

5. Do not leave garbage in the facility, but sort it out and dispose of it in waste bins prepared for this, which are located outside the facility. Please do not throw sanitary napkins, cotton buds, cigarettes and the like into the toilet bowls.

  • In order to register your stay, upon arrival at the accommodation unit, all guests are required to submit identity documents for all persons (passports or identity cards / for minor children can and health cards).
  • During your stay, we are at your disposal for all information and assistance.
  • Guests are responsible for the order and cleanliness of the accommodation and are obliged to maintain them. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy up during the stay of guests, nor to take out garbage from the accommodation units.
  • During their stay, guests can use all the offered devices inside the property.
  • The host will leave at your disposal spare bed linen and towels if your stay is longer than three days.
  • The host is not obliged to provide guests with additional toilet paper, hygiene supplies, cleaners and dishwashing agents, deck chairs and umbrellas in addition to everything existing that is made available upon arrival of guests.
  • The night rest period begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 8 a.m. the next morning, during which time guests are asked and obliged to respect appropriate peace and quiet.
  • If there is a breakage or disappearance of certain items or devices from the facility, the guest is obliged to compensate for the value of missing or destroyed items and inform the host about it. The host can ask the guest for a deposit for each reservation. Information about the collection and the amount of the deposit can be checked by the guest in the Rules of Business of the facility.
  • Guests are obliged to take care of their personal belongings and values themselves and are responsible for their behavior inside and around the house. The owner is not responsible for the possible disappearance of guests' personal belongings.
  • In the absence of the guest, the host does not have the right to enter the facility. The exception is the special circumstances for which it is necessary to enter – for the sake of danger and to prevent damage. About their entry, the host is obliged to inform the guest in their first subsequent contact. In case of reasonable doubt of the host that damage has been done, guests are obliged to allow him to enter the property to check the situation.
  • Bringing pets is not allowed, and in such a case the host will cancel the accommodation.
  • It is not allowed to bring weapons, easily flammable and explosive substances into the facility.
  • Guests are obliged to rationally use electricity and not to leave electricity and other consumers switched on during their stay outside the facility, especially air conditioning.
  • Guests are obliged to use water rationally and not to leave the taps open longer than necessary, especially during their stay outside the facility.
  • The guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace can cancel the accommodation. If the host cancels the accommodation due to violation of house rules, he does not refund the amount paid to him, regardless of the shortened stay.
  • All complaints are taken into account only if they are registered during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building, it is allowed on the terrace and in all other outdoor areas. Cigarette butts should be thrown into the ashtray and then into the mixed municipal waste bin, making sure that all cigarette butts are actually extinguished so that there can be no ignition inside the bin and not thrown into the toilet bowl.
  • When leaving the house on the last day of your stay, announce the exact time of leaving the facility, so that you can hand over the keys.
